We are looking for a conceptual designer to help with visualisation and execution of creative ideas. Currently the majority of Stellar's work is coming up with wide-ranging, non-traditional ways to help launch film titles. Although these are extremely exciting and highly creative briefs, this year’s new business drive means the scope of clients will grow.

You will have the opportunity to work on the initial creative brief and be great at presenting your brilliantly executed ideas, whether that be designing layouts, editing or storyboarding mood videos or photoshopping visuals and then lay them out into beautifully designed sell-in decks. As the concepts develop you will help translate ideas into deliverables that work with that idea, from building a film treatment, designing a physical space, website, posters...

This is a great opportunity for a talented, switched-on designer with an uncommon flair for developing creative concepts. You may not be an art director by trade, but you must possess a natural curiosity for the creative idea behind the design, with work examples that demonstrate strategic thinking.

We believe creative is king, and love working with super-creative individuals. Stellar is based in a large shared space for creative and digital entrepreneurial companies. Our building has loads of breakout spaces, regular talks and beer on tap making it a great place to work flexibly, meet other creative people and be inspired. The location is right in the creative hub of Shoreditch, close to Old Street station.


The right candidate should have an eye for all things creative. Possess a natural talent for design and spotting the latest trends. And a passion for the idea behind the design, desire to see it through to execution and plenty of ideas of your own.

  • You MUST have at least 2/3 years creative agency experience

  • Have excellent design skills along with a keen interest in industry trends

  • A conceptual thinker who loves the idea of thinking outside channels

  • A digital native with a solid social media presence

  • Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills

  • Meticulous attention to design detail

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro would be a plus
